You select your primary hospital from a list of available hospitals when you are filling out the enrollment form. It is best you choose a hospital close to your home, place of work or anywhere you deem convenient.

Yes. You are free to seek treatment at any hospital that your insurance plan qualifies you for. Individual clients will need to send email to us at info@inchbay.ng. But for corporate clients, such request will have to come through the company (client) Human Resources Manager.

If I am outside my station, do I enjoy medical coverage?

Yes. You are allowed to visit all hospitals in the INCHBAY SERVICES LTD network that are available on your insurance plan. You can check the list of INCHBAY SERVICES LTD network hospitals and clinics near you.

How do you monitor the quality of treatment at the hospital?

Through feedback from enrollees either immediately after receiving care or receipt of mail from us confirming treatment received during the last visit to the hospital.

Do I need to call you first before I go to the hospital?

Absolutely! If you provide the INCHBAY SERVICES LTD ID card at your chosen hospital, you will receive care so long as your insurance is valid and you are eligible and covered for the service you need to receive in the hospital.

Do I need a referral to see a specialist?

Yes. Your Primary Care Provider will need to refer you to a specialist. We will then help you schedule the appointment and walk you through the process of seeing the specialist.

What are graduated health benefits?

Not all benefits are available from day one. The longer you stay on your insurance, the more benefits you can access. Every quarter, you unlock a new set of benefits. You can find out when you are eligible for what benefits in your app or by going through our list of benefits.

Do I get access to secondary care?

Absolutely! After consistent payments, your graduated benefits will grant you access to secondary benefits including eye care, dental care and gym and spa visits, depending on your plan.

Do you have an age limit for parents?

No, we don't. You can buy either our Ruby or Platinum plan for your parents. However, if your parents have Pre-Existing Conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes, Peptic Ulcer, or Arthritis, they will need to buy a Diamond plan. This would cover consultations, tests, treatment and even medication.

If I misplace my medical ID card, what should I do to replace it?

You can notify us of the card and request for a replacement. You will, however, need to pay the sum of five hundred naira (₦500.00) only for the ID card replacement.

Can I introduce any good hospital that is not on your current hospital Network?

Yes, but the hospital must meet our minimum requirements as stipulated by the NHIS (National Health Insurance Commission).
